This post is a bit out of sync but...
Bank holiday weekend I ventured with 3 of my friends to my favourtie club night of the month, Jodie Harsh's Circus. We had a fabulous time, especially dancing with Matthew Williamson. Other guests included Will Young, Pixie Lott, Lisa Snowdon, a couple of The Saturdays and Sophie Ellis Bextor who performed live!

A very hot day at the races. 
I was lucky enough to be given 4 complimentary tickets to Saturday's famous Epsom Derby. My lucky number 7 wasn't very lucky and I drank far too much beer but...a great day had by all. maybe I'll win next year....

On Thursday night, Gavin's birthday week continued as we were lucky enough to grab a pair of tickets to see Brighton band

Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster 

@ the Relentless garage in Islington. 

Lead singer, Guy McNight is such a hottie!! ...but sadly seemed really ill throughout, leaving the stage every other song to throw up. and it didn't help that a few songs into the gigs all the lights blew and we were sent into darkness. The band powered through though - that's rock & roll for ya! Best bit had to be when the second guitarist crowd surfed whilst still 

managing to play the song. The moshpit was crazy

Last Wednesday, I celebrated my boyfriend, Gavin's 24th Birthday in Battle for 2 lovely days with my family. We stayed in a little cottage with the comfiest beds & took a day trip to Eastbourne - fish & chips ahoy!

 The Black Horse servers THE best spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni.

I ate / drank too much (shocker)

Hastings even has a cottage shaped like a piece of cheese!  

...now that's my kind of place.

Sun, sea, sand (well, pebbles) & cheese.
